Apprentices start at the Kraft Group's new apprenticeship center

On 01.08.2023, we welcomed 21 new apprentices to our company. This is a new record number - never before have so many young people started their apprenticeship at the Kraft Group in one year. In total there are

- 9 precision mechanics (m/f/d)

- 3 electronics technicians (m/f/d)

- 3 mechatronics engineers (m/f/d)

- 1 metal technology specialist (m/f/d)

- 2 technical product designers (m/f/d)

- 1 IT specialist, specializing in system integration (m/f/d)

- 1 IT specialist, specializing in application development (m/f/d)

- and 1 industrial clerk (m/f/d)

We have built a new apprenticeship center for our total of 64 trainees. With a generous area of over 1,300 m², we offer our trainees a new environment in which to develop and grow individually.

Our goal? A modern working environment that encourages our trainees and makes work fun! From the new training workshop to a large recreation room - here our trainees will find everything they need to reach their full potential.

After an introductory phase to the basics of training, our new apprentices rotate through both locations (Mastholte and Langenberg). They pass through a wide range of departments and thus gain an overview of the company's processes. They are integrated into day-to-day operations and take on their first tasks in customer projects.

The Kraft Group has always attached great importance to good apprenticeships. Our apprentices are the future of our company and we do everything we can to offer them the best opportunities for a successful professional life.

At Kraft, the promotion of junior staff does not end with the completion of their apprenticeship. Apprentices who perform well can, for example, be offered the opportunity to go on to study integrated practical training.
