The precise double-end tenoner transport systems are distinguished by:
- Rolling standard chain 60 mm/80 mm wide, with small chain pitch (higher stiffness and smooth running, etc.)
- Rolling narrow chain 38 mm wide, with small chain pitch (higher stiffness and smooth running, etc.)
- Belt transport system with feed rates above 350 m/min.

Application example
Profiling line for laminate flooring - 350m/min
The system displayed shows high-performance feeding using a tandem gantry with up to 25 cycles/min and profiling (incl. chamfer painting) of laminate flooring (tongue and groove, click profile) on the longitudinal and transverse sides using double-end tenoners. In the double-end tenoner longitudinal machine, the belt system is used with feed rates above 350 m/min. The double-end tenoner (cross machine) is equipped with a standard chain (80 mm wide), magazine device and automatic cam control for various part widths.

Profiling line for design flooring or LVT vinyl flooring - 200m/min
The system displayed shows high-performance feeding using a tandem gantry with up to 20 cycles/min., longitudinal dividing saw (multi-blade saws using torque motors), high-performance angular transfer using a tandem gantry, precision cross-cutting saw (with several movable cross-cutting saw units that can be controlled in and out) with double-end tenoner transport chains and the profiling (incl. chamfer painting) of design flooring or LVT vinyl flooring (tongue and groove, click profile) on the longitudinal and transverse sides using double-end tenoners. The double-end tenoner longitudinal machine is designed as a dual chain conveyor machine with specialized and precision narrow chains (40 mm wide) for feed rates up to 200m/min. The double-end tenoner cross machine is equipped with a standard chain (80 mm wide), magazine device and automatic cam control for various part widths.
