Even stronger together: We have held a majority interest in Becker Sonder-Maschinenbau GmbH from nearby Langenberg since May 2021. The company, which was founded in 1991 by Jörg Becker, has been successful on the market for many years, just like Kraft. Both serve the same markets, but with different product portfolios. We work together to utilize the synergies primarily for the benefit of our customers, which has made us even more efficient.
